The Yankees website is mine. Glad you've been enjoying it. I have had nothing but praise about it. The best part has been hearing from relatives of many older and deceased players. Some have thanked me profusely for finding photos of their loved ones and some have actually sent me photos for the website. Also I have discovered that the YES Network people and several others have snagged a bunch of the photos for their own websites - didn't even change my file names.
And I also have pages devoted to the Kansas City Athletics, Tulsa Oilers, Buffalo Buffeds and Minnesota Vikings linked to the site. I've heard from lots of people about those pages as well.
Regarding the copyright issues - my website has been up for several years and I've never had anyone ask me to take down a single photo. I doubt Topps has any interest at all in our various blogs and websites.
