postcardsandsnaps earlier this week... Habenicht appeared in one game for the '53 Browns and appears to have wandered east with them, at least as far as spring training for the brand new Orioles in 1954. He never made an official appearance for Baltimore, but this photo gets him into a major league uniform (bearman14 posted a nice color drawing of Habenicht in a Browns cap
here).
