Coaching Staffs
I've never seen this in a sports sim, and I believe Football is the right game to introduce it. In real life Head Coaches have a say in their coaching staff in BTS it should be the same.
A coach should be upset if a GM decides to name a Coordinator for him as building a staff is a fundamental part of being a Head Coach. In contract negotiations with coaches this should come up and somehow be implemented as it would feel incomplete if the Head Coach you just hired allowed you to name every coach without saying a word.
