I started a normal game as GM of the Oshawa Generals. WHL/OHL/QMJHL/NHL/AHL/ECHL active. A few months into the season I was offered a job contract. I clicked "negotiate contract" or whatever the option was, but at the negotiation screen I wasn't able to click anything. Menus, confirmation buttons, the salary increase/decrease buttons. I ended up having to Force Quit because I couldn't click Save or Exit Game.
I loaded up my last save game but the game now crashes consistently when I click try to go to the edit lines screen. I assume the save file was corrupted when I Force Quit.
It's a damn shame. This was my 2nd attempt at playing the game and the 2nd time I've reached a point where I can no longer advance
Don't think I'll spend any more time on this version of the game.
