When you change logos your using in a saved game, go to your saved games\news\html\images\team_logos and league_logos folder and delete everything that doesn't start with default (or if a few, just delete the ones you want to replace). Restart ootp and it'll auto rebuild your logos using the new ones and not the game's default logos. If default logo(s) still show, then somethings wrong with the naming most usually.
