That should have worked, particularly the 2014 All-in-One Mod, if you are playing with the modern MLB game. Try it again (click install if that is shown) and look for proper matchups between your team name and the files in Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 15\logos. The names must match, including underscores for spaces.
Oh, one more thing I just thought of: You need to reload your game for some things to update, such as logos. Close your game and open it again. Maybe that is it.
