I am confused about what you are looking for.
Do you want to see all player in your organization?
Do you want to see all players at a specific minor league level?
Do you want to see something else?

Actually, there is a tedious way to do it.
You can create a custom filter for each organization. You will need to know each minor league team name and build a filter to only include each team. It might not work, I do not know how many filters the game allows. 30 may be to many.
