Baltimore Monarchs have long been an MBBA power after the league's restart in 1995, going to the playoffs an incredible 15 times in 20 years, but winning just one championship during this highly productive span. Previously, under the reigns of the legendary "Brian The Stunt Bum" Miller, they enjoyed a dominant run from 1984-1987 in which they made it to the Landis Memorial Series annually, winning 2 of the 4 affairs.
Now, the Monarchs have aged and they look to be in a new rebuilding mode. The Monarchs have benefited from legendary GM's over the years, from "Stunt Bum" to Travis McDermott, and later Nick Verhoeven. Now, entering this crucial time in the franchise's history, they need a new GM to keep up this tradition.
