I am the opposite of Orcin, I am not a 'storyteller' I am not that creative, I use humor and weird situations to bring life to one of my dynasties (1995) and I am very facts orientated and try to be educational in my 1901 Dynasty

There are also other members there that are very visually orientated, like George Bell and Jeff1787, or amazingly detailed like Tiger Fan.

My only advice is: Be passionate about the style you want...if you outline it and roll it out and it doesn't feel right, stop doing it. You are not obligated to anyone...and a Dynasty is for you, and if no one reads it or 10,000 do, it should make no difference.
