For OOTP, if the player is young, I roll a 20 sided dice using his injury rating as the level he needs to hit... say his injury rating is 1-20 so this CEI was REALLY a fluke, then anything over 5, he comes back...if his injury rating is 150 or higher, he'll need a 18-20
