I have been playing game for three years now, however, with OOTP 15 I wanted to bump the challenge and work using primarily stats only. I do have the scouting system on, using 2-8 with no potential stars. The scouting system is just a guide or fall back upon reference.

Anyway, got to my first draft pool and none of the players have stats. I want to be able to based a majority of my evaluations on stats, not scout ratings.

How can I set it up, using the 2014 start up, so that when I get to the draft, the college and high school players have stats?
