Astros Recall 1B Jon Singleton

6-13-14: The Houston Astros have called up 1B Jon Singleton from AAA Oklahoma City. Singleton is hitting .322 with 17 HR and 52 RBI's in 65 games. He has won the PCL Batter of the Week award 3 weeks in a row (5/19, 5/26, 6/1).

Singleton will start at first base when the Astros host the Tampa Bay Rays this evening.
