OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Manual doesn't seem to match up with OOTP 15

I am trying to draft people in my draft pool and I look at the manual and it isn't even close to what I am seeing in my OOTP version 15? Is this manual right? Am I missing something? Any help?
