I see you found the answer to your first question - by default, the backup is made to a folder within the C:\Users\[your name]\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 15\backups folder (see below). What you would do, then, is to rename this folder and include the backup date in the folder name. Even better, what I do is to use a file compression program like WinZip to make zip copies of the entire folder
at different times, each time after doing the latest backup. So then you have just the one backup folder going but
a series of zip files which you would name with the dates of when they were created.
