I do look at the OOTP mods site but I see the dates on the files and a lot of the "most recent" ones are dated with 2011... so I guess does that mean thats when they were last modified for originally updated to the site? Remember what I said above: "the parameters for some things in the game such as logos have not changed in years, so you may find something you like over there which will do nicely for 15." In my historical game, I am using the mod shown below, posted a year ago. The parameters of the logo files used in the game have not changed in quite a while, so I bet logos from even further back would do just as well.
