I started as the Marlins in 2014, SP Trevor Williams was in my minors for 6 years before I brought him up and over the next 2 years, he pitched a few games. He became the 4th and later on in that season 3rd guy in my rotation. He was inconsistent, but was having good and bad games. Dude just simply got better and better. I left Miami in 2027 and he was the ace by then. I went to Cleveland and got a trade offer from Miami for this guy. He went from a 1 star rating & potential to 4 star on both by 2028 when I picked him up in Cleveland. Over the next few years, he was lock down and became maxed out in ratings and potential. He won the Cy Young award at ages 38 and at age 40. He was good pitcher until he retired at age 45 and was a 5x all-star.
