Sure, go into the logo directory for that league and delete all the logos. They will then regenerate using the logos in your main logo directory the next time you load the league.
The logos you need to erase will be in \data\saved_games\[INSERT YOUR LEAGUE'S NAME].lg\news\html\images\team_logos
