The basis for the fictitious association is that it starts in 1946 and I'm picking cities that aren't MLB or AAA at the time. For the Keystone League, here are my cities:
Allentown
Altoona Alleghenies
Bethlehem Steelers?
Erie Lakers
Harrisburg
Lancaster Plowboys
Reading Railers?
Scranton Electrics
Williamsport (Loggers, Woodcutters, Woodchucks)
York Continentals
I have a general idea of where I am going with York, Williamsport and Erie.

Sorry I'm late to this party, but welcome back knuckler! As a man from the Keystone state, I already love everything about this set of teams. My only solo-league is actually an all-PA league - the Pennsylvania Professional Baseball Association. I start the PPBA in 1933 and use a similar set of cities. My Allentown team is named the Ironworkers and I shorten Bethlehem to just Steel. I have the Rail Kings in Altoona and the same Railers in Reading. My Erie team is named the Brigs. I use the Woodcutters in Williamsport and eventually shorten it to just Cutters. I also have the Senators in Harrisburg. I shorten the Red Roses in Lancaster to just the Reds. I follow the Lincoln Highway theme in York but title that team the Riders. They are black and white to follow the White Roses. Finally, my Scranton team is the Steel Barons, but I absolutely love your Electrics name and wish I would have thought of it.
Nice work on the logos so far. I can't wait to see the rest and what you choose for the un-named teams!
