1. When you startup ootp, click settings. On the popup, click the facegen tab and set the photo search option to search for photo first. Restart ootp for the new config setting to take effect.
2. Place all Real pics in ootp's photos folder.
If you want to add real pics to a saved game you will most likely need to go to your saved game's news\html\images\person_pictures and the profile_pictures folders and delete everything (make a backup of them if deleting things makes you nervous). Once done, restart ootp and it'll rebuild your player pics using the real ones.
That's basically it..any problems, just ask and someone will help.
