Baseball League Changes.

The Baseball League Management Committee announce that West Ham United and Hull City, the last two clubs in the Second Division, will be placed in the Southern Section and the Northern Section, respectively, and the latter Section will be increased to by two clubs, bringing the total number of Northern Section clubs to 22; the number of Third Division clubs to 44; and the number of clubs in the Baseball League proper to 88. In addition, Stalybridge Celtic have resigned their position in the League owing to dim prospects for business success in future. Consequently, there will be three vacancies in each of the two sections of the Third Division. Barrow and Southport (Northern Section) and Cardiff City, Northampton and Southampton (Southern Section) will all have to apply for re-election, so that there will be at least one new club in each section.

Walsall have been granted permission from the Baseball League to present each player with a memento not to exceed £25 in value to mark the winning of the Championship.
