It could be Paul Hartzell from 1980. The Varsity numbers with white paneled cap would be from 1975-1981. He was also a rightie. He's the only one with 28 that was a pitcher in that time period. The others were Tom Shopay and Jim Dwyer and they didn't pitch. Here's a little photo of earlier days.
