The attached photo of Joe Klein shows him in the uniform of the Pittsfield Rangers. By this point in his career, he had become the manager of Pittsfield. He spent his entire minor league playing career during the 1960's in the Washington Senators' system. At the end of the 1960's, he started managing. When the Senators moved to Texas and became the Rangers, he simply moved with the franchise and continued his minor league managerial career. Later, he was the GM of the Rangers, Indians, and Tigers, and the Executive Director of the Independent Atlantic League.

I just remembered who your screen-name stands for, Pedrop. You didn't need all this explanation about Joe Klein's career, because he was your manager at Pittsfield for a couple of years. I'll leave it in anyway for the interest of others who might want to read it.
