Columbus Vance was a pitcher for several Negro League teams during the 1927-34 period. The attached is of a player named Vance on a 1920's team named the Chicago Pullman Giants. The auction house which sold the team photo thought the player may be Columbus Vance, but was unable to verify the identity. So it would be well to continue to look for a verifiable photo of Columbus Vance.
