WHITE RIVER AND VALMARA TANGLE FOR PRO CUP
It all begins Sunday afternoon at War Memorial Stadium in Valmara, the 2049 IPA Pro Cup Finals. The Vipers will host the Pro Cup favorite, the White River Rascals. Valmara breezed to Finals with victories over the Claxton Diamonds and Sugar Valley Rattlers, beating both of them in five games. The Rascals also cruised past tough San Alejo in a four-game sweep and topped Tuckanarra in six games after dropping the first two games.

This year's Pro Cup Finals look like a match made in Heaven with two superb and talented clubs going at it in a best-of-seven affair. Valmara will get the home field advantage with the possibility of playing four games at War Memorial Stadium. The Vipers posted 101 wins during the regular season, while the Rascals had 98.
