The first picture is dated 1984, and is a spring training shot. The date may be right, because Bullock was on the Astros 1983-84 winter roster even though he didn't make his MLB debut until 1985. The second picture is dated 1987. Bullock did not play for the Astros that year (he got 1 AB in '86), so perhaps this too is a spring photo.
