The Mets player seems to be Terry Ervin (
Terry Ervin Minor League Statistics & History | Baseball-Reference.com), drafted by Brewers 1973, traded to Mets 1976. Found a 1975 card of one Terry Er
win with the Burlington Bees...but no Terry Erwin in BB Ref, so must be Ervin.
The Yankee seems to be Juan Espino, catcher, played 82-83 & 85-6 with the Yankees (
Juan Espino Statistics and History | Baseball-Reference.com).
