Cliff Pastornicky was a third base prospect with the Royals organization in the early 1980's. Since the Royals had Brett at 3rd Base, this was like being Prince Charles waiting for Elizabeth II to die. Anyway, Pastornicky got into only nine major league games in 1983, hitting just .125 in 32 AB. However, two of Cliff's four major league hits were home runs. Below is a watermarked Argenta Images news photo of him found on ebay, showing Cliff celebrating after one of his two homers. I realize that the photo is less than ideal, but it is the only genuine MLB shot of Cliff that I have ever seen. All the others I have seen have been photoshopped minor league images.
