Elwood C. Knox
Elwood C. Knox was a co-drafter of the constitution for the Negro National League in 1920. His photo was incorrectly identified by another source as someone called "F. Knox Howard," a Negro National League official. I had posted that photo on the following webpage, and have now corrected it:
