I'll start by asking some questions here..
1.) Under game settings, set the scouting accuracy to "low"?
2.) Turn off any potential ratings
3.) Then, under player rating scales there are three boxes, which box should be checked, the one labeled "overall ratings based on AI evaluation, not pure ratings"?
