Two things with this logo:

2) I've been resizing the logos you're creating so that they'll load in OOTP (reducing them by 50%). It hasn't been a problem for any of them until now; this Players logo gets rather fuzzy when I shrink it down. I guess my question is... should I not be resizing these? And if I should be, is there something quirky with this particular one that would make it blurry upon resizing?
