I did Devine some time ago and will re-post him here. I'll take a look at McCormick. If Devine fought primarily out of Philly the length of the bout is not an issue. There was a period of time, and I don't recall the dates, but bouts longer than 6 rounds were prohibited by law. I've seen more than one writer's top 10 All Time fighter fighter lists place Philly LW Yi Yi Erne on them and since he fought most of his bouts in Philly you can't find many fights longer than 6 on his record.
