I generally don't find that I have enough available talent to consider park factors very much. Only half your games are played in that park. Go get the best talent and if you have choices then a HR hitter may work well in a HR park, but anything other than that is iffy when you consider batters.

For a high factor park, especially HR, you may want to avoid extreme FB pitchers, but I wouldn't dismiss them either. I always look for the best CF I can get, park factors or not.
