Thanks for the very timely reminder tnoto and just a thought: I realize that the forum rules can be found for those who are looking for them. However perhaps posting them routinely every few months like you did today as a courtesy would be a benefit?
For me, I landed here years back through an indirect search and basically cannonballed the deep end of the pool without knowing any better. I know I've probably stepped on a few toes by simply not knowing certain things and/or asking when it was too late. And yes if I had taken the time to go find the forum rules it would have been the proper thing to do. However the insight as offered by tnoto, okcochise, and others along the way have helped make this site even more enjoyable for me. All the while reminding me that I'm not the only one out here for their own unique reasons. I've mentioned this to a few others and by no means am I preaching, but I like many have enough drama outside this forum's virtual walls. I just hate to have it find its way in here. So to tnoto, please feel free to remind/encourage/advise me and perhaps others of some of the previously communicated do's & don'ts as you see fit. As posted as part of a "just because" vehicle it might/will/can go a long way.
This is a great forum with a great bunch of folks to share and request pics in what is a great hobby....Thanks for all you do!

As it relates to the latest mini-flareup, I'll just remind everyone about one of the forum rules:
Inadequate Attribution - If something you post, in part or in full, is not your own, then attribute it to your source as best you can [italics added]. People don't appreciate being mislead about where something is coming from or not seeing credit given to whom it is due.
I've been guilty of inadequate attribution myself and will take care to be better about noting sources. As the rule states, do the best you can. If you know where something came from, add the information to your post. If not and another forum member helps with a citation, view it as an assist not an affront.
One more thing to mention...
This forum provides a certain amount of anonymity for users. In my case many forum members know who I am and I have no problem being referenced by name here. Other forum members, however, wish to remain anonymous. "Outing" a user who has not freely shared their personal information will not be tolerated and any posts with identifying information will be edited or removed.
Now, let's get past the drama and get back to sharing baseball photos.
