This feature was requested and added specifically for the reason that the AI over-uses players, and now you're suggesting we shouldn't use it?
I suggest we let each individual user decide how he wishes to play his game, and not make blanket decisions for all.
And it's extremely beneficial for online leagues or people who sim games rather than play them out.
