William "Bill" Cadreau was a pitcher with the Chicago Union Giants in 1917. He is shown here on the left in an unidentified uniform. He also pitched in the major leagues for the Chicago White Sox in 1910 under the name William "Chief" Chouneau. Update: To provide a photo with an identifiable uniform, I've attached on the right a shot of William with the Spokane Indians minor league team.
