Skeeter Shelton 1915
Can't resist claim-jumping here. This man spent eight days in the majors, and got into ten games in that span as the center fielder of the New York Yankees, August 25-September 1, 1915 - and then he vanished.
Also from the RMY Auction, where they're not sure what uniform Shelton is depicted in. Baseball Reference says he played college ball at both Fordham and West Virginia (also that he patrolled the minor league outfield in Maysville, Kentucky, the year after Casey Stengel did).
