Maybe because Westheim took a potentially lighthearted fun thread and made it about his irrelevant lack of interest. Why can't people be excited and have some fun in anticipation of the new version without drawing commentary that is pointless with respect to the thread? No great point was being made. No forceful opinion or serious issue was being advocated. Now it's a bogus freedom of speech claim.

You may remember a thread last month where I was asked to shut up and refrain from commenting about stuff that I didn't like or wasn't interested in for OOTP. You argued eloquently for restraint and for shutting up then. Now you argue the opposite.

So what is it? Do we have the right to post anything in any thread regardless of relevance as you argue now or should we restrain ourselves ie shut up for the general good as you argued then?
