Additionally, Bradley's SABR Bio Project entry notes that he was claimed on waivers on 4/8/76 and immediately assigned to the Oakland PCL farm team in Tucson. Also his bio during his days as baseball coach at Maryland refers to him being in the Oakland organization in 1977, which would be consistent with the idea that he pitched in AAA for them in '76, went to camp in '77, and was released.
i was going off the fact that i can't imagine them bringing him to camp in 77 after that statline at tucson in 76
