OOTP has issues with ythe amount of teams you have. Try a GMO schedule or expand the elague or chnage teh amount of games or get someone to make a custom schedule.
In my EBL vs MLB, my EBL league has 28 total teams, 7 per division and OOTP will not schedule interleague at 162 games. I hasked someone to make me a schedule and in case you have a 28 team 7 team division league try these schedules, they will work for your league. To load them or a GMO schedule League settings - Edit League Schedule - Import from File.
