It's Mid-January and none of the top-20 free agents have anyone interested in them.

It's 2004 in my league and I'm using the standard imported financials.

I've made a couple of changes to infuse cash, but nothing is working.

National Media Contract Baseline: Bumped from $8.5mm to 28.5mm
Team Owner Controls Budget?: No, Entire Available
Team Cash: $30mm

None of these have helped and it's bugging the heck out of me.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
