If you switch from ghost players to forcing the AI to having fully stocked minors, it doesn't trigger any action. I have run computer manager and that doesn't do it.

So it's just a question of "when you go from ghost players to full minors, the game should be able to figure out OH I NEED TO FILL OUT THE MINORS NOW MAYBE LET'S GO SIGN SOME GUYS" even if it needs to do so quickly.

I know the workarounds to make it work (mostly by filling out those leagues with minor league players to compensate), it was mostly just a curiosity that the AI isn't intelligent enough to think to stock rosters and instead alerts you to fill those minor leagues as if it's your job to do it when you're not even controlling those teams or whatever.

Just seems curious to me.

I think one idea could be that there aren't enough free agents to fill things out, so the game decides "I can't do this" and just doesn't. That's the only logical thing I can conclude. Which in my league case, might be true where I only play with feeders.
