In 2028, my scouting budget was set at $1 million. In the 2028-29 offseason, I zeroed out my scouting budget, and didn't think about it again. Now I'm almost to the end of the 2029 season, and I look at my yearly expenses. Somehow, the scouting budget has set itself to $10.76 million. I have no idea how this is possible. Any thoughts?
