I have tried in past versions, but the AI GM really made a lot of strange roster changes making it tough to enjoy. It might be fun to revisit if there has been improvements there.

1, Markus recommends converting the 1st day of the offseason but i have converted many leagues at various points and had no OOTP related issues,

2. Everything will be in 16 from your saved league.

3. Although i can not say for certain since i am not a Beta tester, I see no reason why this would change. The Ai making moves is part of the game.
