Even though I was only 5 in 1969 I definitely know of all of those players with the exception of Pinson who looks like he was only with the Cards for a single year.
Love this idea.

Starting in 1966 before I ever saw a baseball game live or on TV I listened to KMOX on my radio at night in Toronto. The clear channel stations dominated the airwaves.Those names and the voices of Jack Buck and Harry Caray (less so) are indelibly imprinted on my brain. To this day there is nothing more relaxing to me than sitting in low light listening to a well done radio broadcast of a baseball game. Sadly the quality of radio work has not kept up with the quality of the game.

When I play out games in OOTP there is no need for visuals or sound. I've got a radio broadcast going in my head.
