I think it's ridiculous that we have hall of fame plaques, all star voting, season end voting, baseball cards, background pictures, ball flight, 3D stadiums, yet I can't set my line-up for all games this week. That is just absurd. It would be so easy on a DH day to have links for Game 1 and Game 2. Select 1 set line-up and pitcher, select game 2 set line-up and pitcher.
For YEARS now people have been asking for this. It's important for historical games where DHs were common. It becomes MORE important for current leagues now that rain outs have been added.
It's a royal pain in the ass when playing in online leagues where you need to submit your team for a week and this screws with your rotation.
Year after year we ask. And we get nice things that look good but are NOT essential for playing the game.
So yes, absurd.

He has a point in there. We do need much more lineup control, as he mentioned. We also need the ability to save and load different lineups as needed. These things have been requested for several versions now but no changes have been made.

According to OOTP itself, OOTP MLB play (modern and historical) outnumbers OOTP fictional play three to one.
Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.
