How do you set up your leagues? Have anything else "fun" you add in? I always let the computer play because with my "rules", I want to see what the world would spit out, haha. Here is how I set it up:

My current fictional league is a 28 team, 200 game schedule split into two sub-leagues with a pair of seven team divisions each.
27 player rosters, both leagues have a DH, series are all 5 games. The minors run between 140 and 182 game seasons, increasing at the higher levels.
Major league teams all run 5 man rotations, but the minors run 6.
Maximum age limits are in place on A and below, so all of the old guys are in AA and AAA.
5 years free agency, eligible for Arb after year 2.
Every team receives 100% of their revenue from the national media deal.
Draft pick trading is enabled
Recently drafted players can be traded
No 10/5 rights or ability to refuse a minor league assignment
No Rule 5 draft
Amateur draft is feeder only
3 feeder leagues, producing players at ages 15, 18(or 19) and 20(or 21, 22), so with the offseason draft, players are starting their first pro year at age 16, or 19+.
Every player spends at least 3 years in the feeder leagues, while the Age15 class spends 4 years.
