There's a full set made for OOTP15 (actually an earlier version I think) that covers the complete history of the game going back to at least 1901 that should still be on Padrefan's mods site. I just downloaded it onto a fresh computer last year and transferred it to the new version of the game.
One thing you do have to watch out for with that particular set is that there are no away uniforms (at least I don't think there are; I have to provide the caveat that my league is still in 1913) so you'd want to turn those off unless you want some weirdness.
