My Team was having the same issue. I just started a Historical League with the 1976 Red Sox and I was getting messages every other day about the problems in the clubhouse. I ignored it at first because we were in 1st place but it seemed to have a negative impact on the team and we steadily went downhill. I still can't figure out who the issue is but I will investigate more during the offseason. I'm willing to bet its YAZ!

It wasn't Yaz.. Went through all the personalities and found Carlton Fisk and Fergi Jenkins were the issues. They have since been traded and everyone is happy again.
