I have no problems with the fluctuating manager reputations, but I'm a little curious about why the reputations fluctuate to "inexperienced". For example, I hire Cam Bonifay with 30+ years of experience who has a "good" reputation. By the third year his reputation has changed to "inexperienced." I could understand "poor" but this rumormongering I cannot accept!
