I'm currently playing the 1984 season and noticed that players' badges have the years they won MVP/Cy Young/Rookie of the Year and even World Series MVP but they don't have badges for being on a championship team. BUT they do if you win one after you take over. For instance, I'm GMing the Reds and Pete Rose doesn't have the two from 1975/76 but he does for the two they won in 1981 and 1983 that I won simming them.

Was this done on purpose?
